Is it OK for Tekserve Apple to violate federal Labor Law?

http://tekservenyc.blogspot.com/

Is it ok for a large New York City Employer to fire an employee for filing a harassment complaint with the EEOC? Isn't that retaliation? And then to boot - they call him a "Stupid Puerto Rican to his face? And these are the owners and HR person? If an employee of 10 years who got bonuses every year had this happen, it means it can happen to you.
If you know Bernard as I do, I mean hey, Did you know how he was being harrassed for over one year?

Also -- I think you misread the Kos article. It clearly says as does ABC news that no one was promoted to UPPER management.

C'mon. Bernard wanting to sue? Bernard was here from the beginning. These fools pushed him to the brink. But they stepped in it because Dick openly stated with witnesses including Loretta that they were firing him because he filed a complaint with the EEOC. That's retaliation my friends.I saw them treat him like a criminal after he busted his ass for that company for years. It was Bernard that designed the AV room in Cad. It was Bernard who did the windows. It was Bernard who designed the Tekserve bike shirts, started their baseball league.

When I saw Dick say he was actually firing him because he complained to the EEOC I almost lost my lunch. And DL has been calling him a dumb Puerto Rican for YEARS behind his back. Wake up people. This is against the law - the federal law.

Think about it - it can happen to any of us now.
